1. Scope

These terms apply to services sold by SAS MOWATA: guided boat tours, full days with a stopover, boat taxi and private charters departing from Le François, Martinique.

2. Booking

Book online through the website’s booking module, on WhatsApp, by phone or by email. Your booking is confirmed when you receive the confirmation email.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros, all taxes included, per person. Child prices apply up to 11 years old inclusive. Payment is made securely online by card when booking.

4. Capacity

The boat takes 11 guests maximum. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

5. Cancellation by the customer

Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before departure for a full refund.

Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure and no-shows are non-refundable.

6. Cancellation or changes by MOWATA

Your safety is our priority. The captain assesses the weather and sea conditions and decides whether the trip can go ahead. If MOWATA cancels the trip, including for weather or safety reasons, you can choose between rescheduling, subject to availability, and a full refund.

7. On the day

Please arrive at the meeting point X minutes before departure. The captain decides on safety matters and may adapt the programme (weather, sargassum, crowds). On the full day with a stop at Îlet Oscar, the afternoon on the islet is unaccompanied.

9. Governing law
