This policy explains what data we collect, why, how long we keep it and how to exercise your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The French version prevails.

We never sell or rent your data.
Recipients and processors
- Bókun (Iceland, EEA): online booking and payment;
- payment provider used by Bókun;
- Netlify, Inc. (USA): website hosting;
- OpenStreetMap Foundation (UK): meeting point map;
- WhatsApp / Meta: if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp;
- Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC (Ireland / USA): Google Analytics 4, only after your consent; Google Maps Platform to display Google reviews (your IP address is sent to Google when they load).
Transfers outside the EU
The UK and Iceland benefit from an adequacy level recognised by the European Commission. Transfers to the USA rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (Netlify, Google and Meta are certified) or the Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to mowata972@gmail.com; we reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Security
The website is served over HTTPS only. Payments are processed by our booking provider: MOWATA never has access to your card numbers.
